WHAT IS PERMANENT MAKEUP?
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo, also called
“micro pigmentation”. Pigment is implanted into
the dermal layer of the skin.
HOW IS IT PERFORMED?
I use the SofTap © hand method, which is the easiest
and most gentle way to implant pigment into the skin. This
method provides me with complete control for soft, and natural
looking results. Also, everything used is pre-steralized and
disposed of afterwards, nothing is ever reused.

IS IT REALLY PERMANENT, HOW
LONG DOES IT LAST?
Technically, permanent cosmetics procedures are considered
permanent because the color is implanted into the dermal layer
of the skin and cannot be washed off. However, as with any
tattoo, fading can and often does occur, requiring periodic
maintenance. Depending on your skin care routine expect your
permanent makeup to last 1-7 years.
IS IT PAINFUL?
For many people the sensation is comparable to tweezing hairs.
Throughout the procedure topical anesthetic is continually
reapplied for your comfort.

Touch Ups ~
Touch ups will range from $25 to $75 within the first year
of permanent makeup done by Chelsa. Cost for touch ups originally
performed by another technician will vary from $100 to full
price depending on makeup condition.
Corrective Work ~
Unfortunately, bad permanent makeup does exist, although,
it can be easily corrected. Pricing will vary depending on
the amount of work needed.
